Registration Form

For filming on general public property in the City of Houston limits, please submit a completed Registration Form and Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to production. The Registration Form will be given a registration number, signed and returned to keep a copy in your production kit while filming on general public property in the City of Houston limits.

This registration must be signed by the Executive Director or Deputy Director of the HOUSTON FILM COMMISSION. This registration is for informational purposes only and is NOT a permit to film on City, County, State, Federal or Private property.
